What time does Soul Sanctuary begin and end?
We begin and close intentionally, 10 - 5pm. We ask you to arrive 15 minutes early to settle in. And we can’t wait to welcome you with tea crafted especially for the day.
How many women will be attending?
Soul Sanctuary is intentionally limited to 15 women.
We thoughtfully ensure a beautiful balance of personalities and energy.
Can you accomodate dietary needs?
Yes. When you register, you’ll have a chance to share any dietary needs or allergies, and we’ll ensure your dining experience is nourishing and delicious.
Is the sauna required?
Not at all. Everything is invitational. You're always in choice, and there will be plenty of other ways to relax, connect, and enjoy the spa experience.
What do I need to bring?
A journal, pen, and water bottle.
A bathing suit, towel, robe or wrap, and easy slip-on shoes for spa time.
Do you accept Payment plans?
Yes, absolutely. Your retreat can be paid in a payment plan (typically in 2 installments).
What if I need to cancel?
Because Soul Sanctuary is intentionally intimate, registrations are non-refundable.
If you're unable to attend, your space can be transferred to another woman with prior approval.
May I bring a friend?
Yes! Many women bring a soul sister to our retreats. If you refer someone to the retreat, you'll receive $50 off your regstration as our gratitude gift. And - if you come solo, there are also countless opportunities to meet like-minded women and leave with new friendships and collaborations.
Is this a substance free event?
Yes. While we honor everyone’s personal choices, our retreats are substance-free
