2. Ask yourself these questions so many times it feels ridiculous and overindulgent:
“What do I really want?
“What do I actually need?”
3. Take a moment and truly listen.
Using food and substances to numb and soothe silences your voice. There are parts in you that need to be heard. Listening to these parts will empower you to make healthier choices.
4. Consciously plan instead of passively repeating.
Do you avoid exploring the deeper parts of you because you’re afraid of what you’ll find? If you cut off discomfort, you cut off possibility. Prioritize your growth and you can make a conscious, effective plan that leads you down a harmonious path.
